Donor Privacy Policy

We will not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.

This policy applies to all information received by Interfaith Caring Ministries, both online and offline, on any Platform (“Platform”, includes the Interfaith Caring Ministries website and mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.

Information collected by Interfaith Caring Ministries is used for fundraising purposes of the organization only. Interfaith Caring Ministries does not sell, rent, or share donor information with any other entities. 

Donor information is confidential and secure. ICM locks hard copy materials and destroys materials in accordance with IRS guidelines. Electronic files are kept off-site in a cloud based donor system, to which only select members of the organization have access.
