Interfaith Caring Ministries (ICM) assists southern Harris and northern Galveston County, Texas, residents, who have a documented financial crisis. Specifically, ICM supports qualifying individuals, families and seniors who live in the zip codes of Clear Creek and Friendswood Independent School Districts. ICM services include: emergency food, rent and utility assistance; medical assistance; mental health counseling; vouchers for agency resale shops; and a senior outreach program. To evaluate if a person is eligible to receive services, an in-person assessment is mandatory and can be scheduled by calling 281.332.3881.
